Cancellation Policy
Thank you for considering our services. We require all guests to provide a deposit to secure their booking.
The following cancellation policy applies:
1. Deposits: Guests must provide a deposit of 50% of the booking amount if the booking is 16 or more days before the check-in date. For bookings made 15 days or less before the check-in date, guests must provide 100% of the booking amount.
2. Cancellations: If a guest cancels their booking 11 or more days before the check-in date, their deposit will be refunded. However, if a guest cancels their booking 10 or fewer days before the check-in date, the deposit will not be refunded.
